It's that time of the year. Ah, yes, prom night: the inevitable scene in high school movies, a rite of passage, the night of Carrie's wrath.
This year, Prom Committee will be whisking us away to sunshine and palm trees, an escape to paradise. With this theme, the venue matches perfectly, The Beach House, on 758 Julu Road. Set on the 17th of March, the magical night will begin at 8:30 PM and end at 11:30 PM.
The Beach House offers summery vibes to kick off the warm weather season. “We actually will be making minimal changes to the venue for the actual event, aside from moving furniture and bringing in accent pieces,” says Prom Committee officer Rachel Sullivan, “we felt that it's dim, warm, colorful lighting really lent itself to our theme of paradise.”
But what's a party without a treat? Keep an eye out for the food and mocktails that will be served by The Beach House, cupcakes from Sweet Ever After, and prom “King” and “Queen.”
Overall, Prom looks like it will be an amazingly memorable experience for everyone to enjoy.
